Jessica’s Female ONE-ON-ONE Personal Training Sessions are designed around you and the results you want to achieve. One-on-One training is very personal and allows the focus to be completely on you and you alone.
Jessica being a female personal trainer believes you will be comfortable training with a Female Trainer as well as being in the comfort of her own Home Gym, where you won’t feel self-conscious or have any discomfort that you may feel in a large gym environment.
One-on-One session’s vary each session, always working to progress from the last session. Depending on the clients motives, abilities and restrictions, most sessions are made up of a combination of high intensity cardio work, resistance and strength training, boxing and core work.
Working only with women, Jessica places great emphasis on women’s key target areas, training legs, bums, thighs and abs.
All sessions include a warm up, high intensity training session and Jessica will always spend the time to stretch you out after each workout. Jessica will always have an exercise program for you to follow between Personal training sessions and will make alterations to your diet to achieve continual progress.
